Individual Counselling

Transform the most important relationship you'll ever have; the one with yourself.

You're ready to feel at home with yourself.

Perhaps you've been carrying a lot and trying to sort through it all on your own.

It can be exhausting to hold everything together, to be the one who takes care of others before yourself, the one who over-thinks and second-guesses yourself, and yet keeps going with a smile on your face even when you're suffering.

It gets heavy when you feel yourself return to that same painful place internally, or feel stuck in patterns you've tried so hard to shift.

Maybe you've found yourself here because you’re tired of the same internal loops.
Maybe you’re craving a deeper connection with yourself, or to finally give yourself permission to live your life with consideration of yourself.

Whatever brought you here, we can start there.

Supportive counselling in Kelowna to deepen self awareness and embrace transformation

This is for you if:

– You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or tend to live in your head

– You’re navigating a transition, loss, or quiet sense that something in your life no longer fits

– You’re hard on yourself, struggle with self-worth, or often put others’ needs ahead of your own

– You’ve tried to work through things on your own (or in traditional talk therapy), but keep something still isn't clicking

– You have insight into your patterns, but still feel stuck in them

– A part of you knows you’re ready to go deeper, to understand and relate to yourself in a different way

My Approach

Counselling with me is rooted in genuine care, a good dose of humor, and a touch of "no bs".

The process of healing and change looks different for everyone, because we all carry our experiences in ways that are unique to us. That’s why I often describe my approach as both dynamic and collaborative.

Dynamic, in that I’m attuned to and working with what’s coming up for you in the moment, and what may be there beyond what you can put words to. Exploring the deeper origin roots for our stories and ideas about ourselves from a place of curiosity often lead to the most meaningful insights we may not have expected.

Collaborative, in that we’re both fully invested and involved in the process. You bring your experiences, your awareness, and your willingness to show up. I bring my guidance, presence, and support in helping you make sense of what’s there.

Our work may include exploring past experiences and self-protective patterns that formed as a result, reconnecting with younger parts of yourself, and beginning to offer them the understanding and care they may not have received at the time.
